The Challenge

When one of the world’s largest entertainment software developers moved their customer support center 1,200 miles, they needed more than 200 Game Masters to handle customer support for an impending product launch. To allow time for training, the client requested groups of 30 qualified candidates every two weeks over a three-month span. Based on PCorpC’s history of recruiting successes, this client called on PCorpC to supply the niche talent they required.

PCorpC consulted closely with the client to fully understand the ideal skill sets for the new positions, learning the company history, and details of the new product.
